  • What is a good High Temp Paint?

After I make my custom DP, i want to coat it w/ some paint to stave off rust and such.....and just protect it.

what is a good brand to use?....never used any before.....

I've heard the bake on ones are the best....that right?

The new Z06 exposes European sports cars for what they really are....overprice, underperforming snobs.

Black velvet from Por 15, I used it on my exhaust, still holding up great, I suggest you use the metal ready etcher and marine cleaner to prep it tho... This is exhaust heat bake on too.

I've also used the DYI ceramic Colorguard Stainless coating by Tech Line Coatings on my front header and if you prep the item good, (full sand blast, NOT glass bead) and then clean it with acetone and spray it on it holds up really well... Just dont chip it when going in... LOL Once again this is a exhaust heat bake on paint. Air dry bake with engine heat.
