It's all about the Fiero. I heard 88s are preferable because that seems to be the year that GM "finally got it right." Plus, the aftermarket support for Fieros is just silly (read: huge). There are so many different engine swaps in those things it's crazy. One guy can have a turbo 4 banger while the other has a tightly-wound small block.

    Fiero all the way baby.

Definetly go Fiero GT! Those little bitches are way too cool!!
If it\'s fun, it\'s probably illegal and if it\'s illegal I\'m probably doing it.

don't shame a monte SS by using it as a daily beater in the salt and such. use a fiero for that!

Fiero is a great car,if there will only be 2 people ever riding in it. Too light to drag, but it is fast. Not much room for sound though. I vote the Monte. Just cuz I like 'em.
If you are driving a Chevy, everything else, is just a blur. 3.4 Carbon Footprint.

For the time being I'd like it to be my daily driver

I plan to buy all the cars in my poll eventually but I gotta figure out which one to start with

I have a ford ranger I can drive if I don't want to drive the car year round

But i try to take really good care of my cars

Monte SS are way cool, but Fieros have less metal to rust, and the Montes' didn't come with the 660!!! I'd rather have the Fiero GT with 2.8 than an anmeic L69 305 in the Monte. How hard would it be to put a 3.4 DOHC in the Monte? I've got the car and the engine now that I think about it.

Mmm, the selections here make me think of two badass cars I've seen... My friend has a beautiful black Monte Carlo SS of which he dumped the 305 and dropped in a sexy TPI 350 L98, and had some badass custom decals made that read "IROC SS," I'll have to get some pics of it when I go home next weekend, it looks really nice. He also put the chrome version of the Camaro IROC-Z rims on too, really complements the car nicely. Also, the owner of a local Chevy dealer [Jerry Haggerty, pretty good as far as dealerships go] had a Fiero that made my jaw drop... I saw it in the Parts department sitting pretty after a nice wax job, and noticed it looked new... I mean SHOWROOM new, so I looked at the odometer... I forget exactly what it was, but it was UNDER 3,000 ORIGINAL MILES!!! Apparently he keeps it under wraps and shines it up each summer and drives it around for a day or two, then wraps it back up again and keeps it fresh. Crazy, I tell ya.
