Damn that sucks Brad. But just remember it's only a car and can be replaced. You can't say that about your family.

..damn it....14 years. You got your usage out of it...Normally when I kill a car I usually crash it pretty good lol.... Yeah good thing noone was in proximity of the car and everyone is safe. That Beretta was one of the testbeds for 60 degv6. Well a new GA would be an equivalent.

As of right now, in order to save on money, it looks like I might be going to the dark side for a year or so. I will most likely buying a car from my dad (who just bought it from my grandma ~2 months before see died). I can't remember exactly which car it is, but I know its a 1991 Buick or Olds, with the *gulp* 3.3L in it. But it only has 30k on it. And my dad just went over it and replaced a ton of stuff, so its in tip-top shape. Getting it for $2k, so I can't complain. We've been looking around here for cars, but there just isn't anything. There are no private sellers (from what we can find), and most dealers don't have anything older than 2004. Just don't really want to spend that kind of money right now. So I am temporarily leaving the 60V6 world, at least as far as owning one goes. I will definately own one in the future though. Besides, I still have 2 engines sitting in my basement waiting to be rebuilt...

Looking at pics on the internet, and remebering from when I've riding in the car before (long time again), I'm leaning towards that its a Cutlass Ciera.

I think it is the bluish-grey color. And what are you talking about L67 swap?!? I was leaning more towards the 3500 swap...

You got to get those army general flags that Olds loved to put on those cars. Hey you cant go wrong with a Cutlass Ciera, it was at one time America's favortie car!

Or better yet, keep *SOMETHING* off of it, attend 60v6 meets, and bring that piece as a "remember me by". That car and Brad kept me from driving back to the hotel drunk in Canada

                            It's a 90* V6, more related to the 3800 than to any 3x00.

bszopi, that 3300 is a great engine to have in an A-body. Loads of torque, decent fuel economy, quite reliable (even more so if it's an old people car). I think you'll enjoy it.
