So I made an order a few weeks ago for some trailing arms through gmpartsdirect. I have ordered tons of things here before and no problems. However it seems that FedEx has lost this package, as it's status was last updated on the 15th of this month and nothing since then.
I called FedEx and gave them the tracking number, they said since it's been over 14 days since it was shipped then whoever the shipper was has to contact FedEx to get a trace put on it. I tried and tried to get him to just do it and he woulden't, says gmpartsdirect needs to call them.
So I am trying to call gmpartsdirect but guess what, they don't have phones! So I emailed customer service on Monday with details on the lost package, order number, tracking number, etc. I haven't heard anything.
So I have a lost package, been billed already and paid a long time ago, and no one wants to do anything about it.
Any ideas?
