    I don't get it, the car is going to run horribly without the IAC, TPS, IAT, or EGR.

    It seems like a tool for dealers that didn't want to buy a scan tool.

    IAC doesn't matter because you adjust the air with the plate. MAP is set with a vacuum pump (says in the directions).

    It is used to check that everything is working before you put the upper intake back on after a timing change. Has nothing to do with a scan tool.

      Ohh ok. The seller said its to check the injectors while the engine is running. I figured why they hell would you need to do that if you have a scan tool. Granted back in the early 90's scan tools were probably a new thing.
