Is it illegal to drive a car without a hood (in OR)? My friend (from WA) seemed to think so. The police were out in force today, and I had to take my project to the exhaust shop. The rig is licensed and insured so I didn't think twice about driving it, but I didn't bother putting the hood back on (had quite the exhaust leak too). Passed right by a police car on the way, maybe he had other priorities.
