Well, it was worth the try
Tuning a car is full of compromises. You must decide if you are willing to give up either reliability, performance, or a whole load of cash. Also remember that repairs will seem to come up much more often as you strive for even more performance

      Playing in the snow-

I loved hearing about how all of our techs and mechanics had to put their vehicles in 4wd or they couldnt get up a hill or whatever but amazingly enough i had no problems in a rwd mid engined "sports car"!!! It was great Best thing is the rear tires are low on tread too and the streets i live on are brick and get icy the fastest. Gotta love it

The silverstars work well. I have them on my DOHC Fiero.

well.... it was nice while it lasted

coming home last night i went to make a turn, car came flying down the street i was turning on, i hit the brakes and took it wide... smashed into a dodge caravan it was either that or take my chances head on with a 4 door caprice the caprice split so its up to my insurance to take care of the damage... i have liability so my car wont be fixed unless i can somehow get together money for the frame and body panels, i think i can cover the frame ($400) but not the body panels now i HAVE to sell the neon to make the frame repairs and i have to sell it ASAP

if anyone has them i need a front passenger fender and front coupe bumper... anyone willing to post this on PFF for me? i need help here, i have less than 10 days to make it happen and idk what to do at this point...

Ah the beauty of mid engine in the wintertime. I remember running off the road with my 2.8 85 GT many times. So here is what you do there is guy in Connecticut I think outside New London called Kick Hill fiero farm. He will have all the parts you will ever need. He is a bit hard to get a hold of, but if you go out there with cash in hand you will probably walk out with a new hood, fender and bumper in the exact color of your car. I doubt there is any frame damage from the looks of it, even if there is just shim the body panels and you will never know.

            here is the website:

This guy has a Barn.....wait let me rephrase that......a barn the size of a small airplane hanger full of parted out fieros catogorized by part type. He has been parting out fieros since the first one got totalled. I think he is the main supplier for the fiero store's replacement parts. Warning beware of the chickens!

meh, wasn't my fault, it was either get the car totaled and possible harm to me or go into the back of a van.... it does have frame damage (ive done work before, not just a newbs opinion ) so i will have to pull that to the tune of about $2-400

i really just want a new bumper and fender, doesn't matter which color, i would perfer to stay under the $200 range for both panels, $250 max if i have to ship, i dont really have the money for this stuff right now....

im gonna try the local pick-a-part when i get a chance.... who knows
