once a year they have a little festival in a nearby city, all fresh cooked crawfish, decent jambalaya, decent gumbo and lots of other stuff. Still not the same as being down there.

Got me missin LA. Up til a year or so ago I was running across I10 on a regular basis. Miss going into a restaurant, them puttin newspaper on the table and pouring out a basket of crawfish. But they can keep that nasty Boudan or however you spell it. Nasty boiled s***.Comment
