Clarify Block Castings

Is it not true that all FWD blocks are cast with a T and RWD blocks were cast with an A?

Also if anyone has engine mounting boss pictures of a 3X00 motor can you please post them.

i think you got that backwards. my 99 3400 block has an A on it

My 3.4 has an F, and the 3.1 has an L.

The motor mount bosses on the pass side of the FWD block (rear) is the same as the FWD blocks, but the drivers' side is different. Here's a pic of a 3500 (similar to the 3400's)...

Ok I guess the letter is different depending on application or displacement. Because I have a 2.8L with a T in my Trooper. For some reason I though the T was used in FWD apps.
