Yea when using frontpage only features it can get problematic. But for basic tables, text and pictures it works fine. I got it for free so thats why I use it. If I score Dreamweaver for free I'll use that.

frontpage works fine for me. i test the page in both firefox and opera and they work fine.
who still uses internet explorer anyway. with all the better options out there to use why still use it.
IE sucks with complying with all the standards anyway.

how do you set a background image in that image viewer??

if you are writing any code yourself check out www.htmlgoodies.com. The first time I made a website I wrote all the html using my basic understanding and that site for anything complex. There is a lot of stuff you can just copy and paste.

for the site i have now (in my sig) i use frontpage but only for the traditional stuff, nothing frontpage only. i downloaded a free template which included a .dwt file for all the formatting like the banner and stuff, then i just used the ms word type editor for everything else. eventually id like to get something better but for now frontpage was quick and easy and came on my laptop.

alrighty, i redone the main page by combining it with the myride page and overall i am pleased so far.

thta simple viewer i downloaded, does anybody know how to add a background image to it?

after this it will be onto expansion of my domain.
