    >_>

Does anyone else besides me think this is fake? The creator claims it's a stock civic I believe, yet for some reason I'm not buying this.

And it's KPH, not MPH, for those who haven't noticed :P

civics can rev up that high.
but they can't move that quick i could'nt hear the sound.
but judgeing by how quicked it moved i can assumed the engine is from a gsr...

maybe the engine / tranny swapped is causing the tach/ speedo to read incorrectly?

lol i like the missed 3rd gear.
      got zap-straps?

I think his gauges are whacked. Look at the tach right at startup. It is reading an idle speed of 1500 to 2000 RPM. The engine sound is not that of 1500 to 2000 RPM.
Then as he revs to 9000+ RPM, the pitch of the engine does not sound like an engine at 9000 RPM. It doesn't sound bad, just not 9000 RPM.
My opinion (just an opinion) is that his car is fast but gauges are not working properly.

yea i think your right cause the tach kept going past 9k.
when i had my accord and revved to 8k it did'nt sound as if you would expect a engine revved to 8k would sound.
          same as my acura legend.
but my nissan ve? it's loud as hell when revved to 8k.

Yeah doesn't seem that fast despite what the gauges show, and the revving business is silly. Even for a s2000 engine or something. If you figure it's KPH it's not that impressive. Something doesn't add up.

Another thing that speedo is in kilometers. but still look at the back ground at the end of the clip the speedo shows 160 but it doesn't even look like highway speeds. 160 kph=99mph

                Also, something I noticed...

                At 3000rpm he's at 30kmph, 4000rpm he's at 40kmph, but at 9500rpm he's at 75kmph...doesn't seem to add up...

if your implying his gauge cluster is electronically controlled like most gm's...it's not.

i'm trying to remember if you could see him driving..if so then it could be possible.

a gsr engine is capable of revving that high...why becuase it's a small engine so it makes most of it's h/p there

No, I'm implying that speed isn't matching RPMs
