problem with network and sharing center in window

ok i click on the network and sharing center icon and all i get is a blank window and after awhile i get a window that shows up.

i havent changed anything it was working fine last night when i shut it off to watch tv, 2 hours later i turn it on to transfer files between the 2 computers and this is what i get.

same thing happens when i right click on the network icon on the desktop.

i really dont want to reinstall stuff. its getting old.

up until this ive never had a problem with vista. im just going to do a backup image so i can get my stuff i want and nuke the hard drive.

ive been wanting to set up raid with my 2 raptors only problem they are in 2 diff computers, guess this gives me the opertunity to do it now since i have to format anyway.

computers are like cars i want to take it out in the yard at least once a week and set fire to it. with the car its push it down the driveway infront of a big trailer truck.

Yeah, I went to school for computers and grew up with them. I have kicked a pc through a wall before. Now I work with cars:P I dunno what a raptor is but I guess its a fast hard drive. I don't even have sata on anything yet...

ive been around pc's my whole life. built numerous one over the years, and can fix mostly anything that's wrong with them.

raptor is the fastest sata hard drive right now. you kinda get raped with the price though

i usually stick to putting my fist through keyboards. the hp keyboards are pretty tough ive got one that ive put my fist into more times than i can remember but its still holding ground, the shift key is a little sticky but it still works.

i switch off sometimes during the winter its mostly computer time then when the warm weather hits it mostly car time with a little computer time in the mix.
