F$%^ing UPS, AGAIN!

I would love to boycot the UPS. Once again, the package is right down the street and it gets damaged on the truck TO MY HOUSE!!!

I asked the rep if the drivers are playing football with my packages in the local field, when they should be delivering?!?! It has taken 6days to get here, this is bullshit. They are always late and I'm getting sick of the damages! [/rant]

If you have multiple damage complaints get your case numbers together and go as high up the chain of customer service as you can, even if the only consolation you get from it all is giving the people on the other end HELL. My resent mishap with them was a big one and the part they lost was worth much more than the money I spent that was returned for it.

I have the same feeling, however as much as I try to avoid them, it never fails... someone ships it by UPS.

I've complained to the local DC enough to have 1 driver at least change routes (constant package loss, about 1 in 6 never make it)

PAckage just got here, and there was NO apparent damage even to the box! I don't know if they heard bolts rattling or what, maybe just an excuse for being late AGAIN.
