  • New Tech Articles

New Articles are up on my server. I have written an article on each major engine component covering Gen I II and III motors. I have so far only got to the pushrod engines and still have to finish the article on cylinder heads. For the cylinder head I am looking for images of all 3 generations and flow numbers of stock pieces if anyone knows where to find the numbers for the older heads that would be allot of help.

There is still some final editing to add in but for the most part all the information is there. This is more of a fact based article. I could add in high performance suggestions if people think it should be in there.

    Enjoy!

I should have some 3500 crank pictures to add as well. I have removed the reluctor wheel so I dunno stock position anymore, but I can take new ones if need be.

You can Wiki it for me Ben. I am still writing the head article it is going to be the longest one so far. You may also have noticed I used the Chevrolet Big Block and Small Block as comparison motors. Reason being our engines all have design cues taken from both motors and when you compare things to one another it makes allot more sense. For instance is it easier to visualize in your head when I say the rod journal diameter is the same as an early small block, rather than just say 2". Also the BBC and SBC are industry standard motors.

I don't know other motor specs so its easier for me to visualize 2" than early SBC:P How about have (2.00")? i dunno, i got a lot to be doing too but ill add to the articles over time as well.
