    Yup.

Open your trunk, and pull back the covering on the passenger side.

Look for a black connector with only 1 wire but not connected to anything. Some have it near the taillights, some near the antenna, and some near the strut.

Ground the blade in the connector to a good ground. I just press it against the ground for the antenna.

Keep that connector grounded through this whole thing.

Once you ground the connector, your doors should LOCK, UNLOCK, and then pop the trunk.

When it does that, press any button on the remote.

The doors and trunk will cycle again. Once it does, unground the connector.

All finished. Check to make sure it works.

you can removed the passenger side rear speaker cover, and reach under there until you find the receiver, and do it that way. It is actually easier to remove the rear seat to get to it all.

There has to be a connector in the trunk. That is the stock way to reprogram it.

If you remove the rear seat to get the receiver out, you will want to ground C1 wire H. That is the SMALL CONNECTOR (Blue in my car) and the wire is BLACK/WHITE.

Here is a pic of the picture in the factory 1996 GM W-body service manual.

i had to run down to moms to take some pics of some things that I am putting on ebay, and snapped a pic of the actual connector in my 1995 Cutlass Supreme. The connector comes ont of the wiring right next to the power antenna on my green car.
