  • first gay baby test

A friend of mine is having a baby. She had the ultrasound and it is a GIRL. She is REALLY excited about it.

Well. Everyone that she works with says that it HAS to be a boy because of how low the baby is.

We have the ultrasound, and there is NO DOUBT that it is a girl, but with as low as the baby is, we think that she might be giving birth to the worlds youngest bull dyke.

Yeah there is no scientific proof that I've ever been made aware of that suggests you can tell the sex of an unborn child by the level of the mothers bulging belly, that's part of the reason the ultrasound was created, and that is a touchy subject for that kind of joking. I recall a story my cousin told me about a guy with his infant son running into some friends, one of them said his baby was ugly, and though I'm sure some other words were said, the end result was he shot him.

So the safer approach to matters like this is to call the parent ugly, pause and then say the baby looks just like you, by the time they figure it out you'll be out of target range.

          WOA! Got shot over it?!

I have four children, and let me teel you that NONE of those wife's tales are true (even tried some of them).

Congradulations 3100 MPFI! I have, however, found the Chinese Lunar Calender to be true (it's over 700yrs old) and even tried it on other family members. It calculates the age of the mother, month she was born, her age, and the conception date. The only person who it didn't work on was my uncle (we counted backwards for the conception date and it turned out he was born early) out of the 20 or 30 people we tried it on.

          Here's a link...
          Chinese Lunar Calender (click here)

In fact we walked into the ultrasound exam room and told the doc we were having a girl for sure and he asked us how we knew. I replied that we looked on the calender and he looked perplexed. So I said "The Chinese Lunar Calender" and he chuckled and said that makes sense (like he knew about it).

          We had a girl.

You have four kids and you still get to keep your Firebird? A close friend of mine had a Mustang 5.0 back when they were the fastest U.S. cars on the road and when his babies started coming a minivan edged it out of the garage and eventually out of ownership. If you can find a woman that can appreciate the sound of a V8, your hobbies are safe because you know they understand hot rodding.

I have four kids and five vehicles .
The Excursion is for the family, the F150 is needed because I am a cantractor, the BMW was a gift to my wife for our anneversary (even though it is an 86 with 75k miles and mint condition, she likes it), the Firebird was a deal I couln't pass up and became a project (origionally it was going to be the wife's DD), and the Navigator was the old family car and we outgrew it with the last baby because of luggage space with the third seat in. The Lincoln has been for sale, just haven't been pushing/advertising it, and is the only one we have payments on.

As far as the hobbies, my wife is cool (I also build/fly R/C helicopters) just she get twisted if I neglect time with the kids for them (understandable). The problem with my hobbies, though, is there is never enough money =D.

the girl is my friend, and nothing more. I just help her out with her car shit.

The wives tale is that if the baby sits low in the moms belly, then the baby will be a BOY. If the baby stays up high, it is a GIRL.

That is why they are telling her it will be a boy, even though the ultrasound shows a girl. I just said it as a joke that since they say it is a boy, but we know it is a girl, it will be a lesbian. She thought it was HILARIOUS as well as her mother.

You are probably two young, back around 84-85 when hot rodding seemed to start making a comeback after the gas shortage was well past, it was referred to by one magazine as Ford's best kept secret, and suddenly the Mustang became the car to beat. A friend of mine had one and it was blazing fast, the camaros and firebirds were hard off the line but would fall over shortly after that, the mustangs came with factory headers and true dual exhaust and that distinctive exhaust note that everyone on this side of the map who knows anything about muscle cars can identify when they hear it, and they were so light in weight that they were dangerous if you weren't careful 2855 lbs, 175hp, 245 lb/ft, 84 Vette 3193 lbs, 205 hp, 291 lb/ft, I'd say that's going to be a pretty close fight in the quarter, the camaro and firebird aren't even worth mentioning at 150 hp and just as heavy as the vette.

I could be wrong, but from the production year vehicles it was or was pretty darn close to being the fastest. I remember when the 84 or 85 Corvette got up staged by the Turbo Buick Regal Grand National, that must have hurt some vette owners feelings.

In fact, back then the Highway Patrol actually ordered Ford to slow them down because the cruisers couldn't keep up with a stock Mustang, nevermind one with mods.

lol...last time i was in Aridzona I noticed a 5.0 GT sitting on the side of the road, wearing black and white. I wonder if its still in service.

Anyway, most people (that ive seen) in the fbody world tend to look down on GM's offering of the 305 - that it was super weak (its not the strongest v and needed help.

in fact, a lot of people in the fbody world call it the 5.slow, and i think that the 305 v8 is looked on about as favorably as the 3.4 v6 by the LT1/LS1 owners. :-p

altho i could be wrong, the 3.4 in teh fbody could still be though of to suck more lol

                            p.s. i out-dyno'd a 1991 305 TBI equipped v8 Camaro RS. (check my sig)

There is about a 91-93 or so Notchback 5.0 stang that is still in service in one of the nearby towns police force.
