GMPP 3.4 Iron Heads, ported and poished
You already have these heads. All you need is the P&P. All EFI iron head motors have these heads, 2.8's and 3.1's included.

          Happy Modding.

Get Fiero valve covers they look great. http://members.shaw.ca/betterthanyou/covers.htm

I only have them listed as a just in case part. I had a problem with the common dex-cool eating at the water pump, so a couple of time my temp got up there. When I get to the tear down if any part of the heads are fucked up because of it I'll be replacing them. Otherwise, yeah, I'm keeping with my stock heads. Good eye though

Or you could spend 3,000$ more, get a 305hp LS1 6-speed, and get more performance and reliability.....

Im willing to bet he knows he can put a V8 in there. This is 60degreev6.com aaron, where people come to discuss 60V6 performance, maintenance, projects, ideas....etc. Not V8 swaps, 4 cyinder swaps, inline 6 swaps, rotary performance, etc. I took away the post count hoping you wouldn't post stupid bullshit but that seems to not be the case.

Actually, let me clear that up, an LS1 would cost a whole lot more than $3,000. (Let me at 'em.. I know one thing, and its F-Bodies)

What is required to do a V8 swap in a V6 f-body is a shitload of little and even big things. The hardest part, a whole new computer and wiring setup. Aside from that you need a new k-member, transmission, driveshaft, rearend, gauges, radiator, full exhaust needs redone, fuel pump, suspension, and tons of little parts that make it not worth it. $3000 will get you some of it, but thats about it. Besides, I plan on spending MAYBE $5,000 and I'm guessing with the low weight of my car as compared to other f-bodies, 350-400 whp (with boost) will put me deep in the 12s. My car only weighs 3200 pounds without driver, full street trim with gas. LS1s and LT1s are nice, but I'm going for something different. How many people can you name have a fast V6 f-body, aside from the Turbo Trans-Am guys. I rest my case.

Thank YOU, this is the same thing I tell people when they ask why I dont just swap an 8 or put an L67 in mine.

Soory, one more post to defend myself.

$4000 and this is all you need:

And I can bet they are cheaper, there were 10+ pages, this is just the first one I found.

Actually thats NOT all you need.

                            Here is what it has:
                            Motor
                            Transmission
                            Wiring Harness
                            Slave/Master Cylinders
                            Transmission Crossmember
                            And shifter assembly

Lets see, you still need the physical air intake, radiator, full exhaust, driveshaft, rearend, gauges, passengers side airbag (if your V6 didn't come equipped with one), k-member, suspension, and a shitload of electrical work. Plus we are forgetting all the little things like fuel pump, parking brake cable for the new rearend, you'd need all the sensors that go to that ECU, and as I said before - tons of little things. And I'm not even including the fact that to make an LS1-style intake fit under an LT1 style 4th gen f-body you need a nice cowl hood which alone is 500-800 bucks, depending on construction and such. Should I keep going? Dont even try to challenge me when it comes to f-bodies man
