    Hey.

I was brought to your place by a few visits, and finally by a question that I have. As well as a car.

Olds Achieva (OK, you can laugh now) But it is a nice car for crusing (34MPG) and been durable (198K+ and still great oil pressure and won't touch a drop) as hell and a good daily driver good power and some decent handling with a few minor upgrades.

It has a 3.1L DOHC twin plane intake (I polished and ported it a bit), very different than the 3.1 that a ex had in her Grand Prix, or than the other Grand Am's I have seen.

WTF is up, or am I losing my mind.

I will post some pics if I find some. It has been beaten up a bit due to some late nights out and about I am afraid. But still looks good dressed up.

    I can provide pics too.

    Me, and my ride.

ASA Rims and BF Goodrich Traction TA, good year around tires, however with our current weather I am putting back on the other set of alloys with snow tires.

And my other ride, it is waiting on a turbo and manifold.

I have no pics of my truck (The pic of me and the Olds in while we were visiting my mother in law).

There is no such thing as a 3.1 DOHC. You have a 3100 small port gen 3 setup with non roller rockers. Its different than the gen 2 MPFI setup and is not as nice as the large port gen 3 setup (like 99+ grand ams).

            And a couple engine pics.

The light clattering is not the vavletrain, it is the wristpin slap, correct, at least that was what I was lead to believe from the FAQ's here.

            Thanks.
