Im thinking about getting a new (used) instrument cluster for my car because the speedo doesnt work on mine. Ive seen that there are 2 different ones offered (one for the 3.1 LHO cars and one for the 3.4 LQ1 cars) Is there any difference in the clusters besides where the redline starts on the tach? I dont want to buy the one for a 3.1 car and find out it plugs in different or something. lol (its slighty cheaper then the 3.4)

That is the obvious difference.. Also on the cutty supreme clusters, some are equipped with an oil gauge which measures your PSi, and also one that just measures somewhere between L and H.. If you have an L/H oil gauge, you only have a pressure switch (meaning the thing is simply registering pressure).. IF you have a PSi gauge w/ numbers, then you have the oil pressure sender..
Oh, and I had an 87 Bonneville.. I like the name you gave it! I called mine the Bananaville..
