As far as the Family Tree, I agree it could be split up with more information. Geoff, who made it, did make a good point as to the way he did it, and that was to be able to see everything on one page and across all types to see how different things changes across all the engines. Makes sense, but I'm not sure most people use it that way (if at all ). It could be set up differently, for each engine/year on a seperate page, but it would just require alot of work.

Well what I could do is have each generation have a clickable link full of pictures and a detailed description of the parts such as the block (cast iron, non priority main feed, small bore) the the heads (cast iron, large chamber, valve size and material)

So let me work on it in my spare time and I can make something happen.
