i wanted to wait to show my car ,but i'll post some pic's and let me know what you think.while back i use my car for usaic competions on sound quality ,where i did really good .i even heald the texas record for 1-10" woofer at 135db's not bad conv. car and 0-300 watt class that was a few years back.then i blew a head on the engine and i park the car.after findiing this site and following it may me wanted to re-built my car and soon i'll get it running is on the shop waiting to get it engine.http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...o/7a29b099.jpg

the car has about 20 sheets of extreme dynamat ,15-20 cans of dynamat spray foam ,and 2 gallons of second skin all dampaning material.
latter i'll show my system(i'll took it out to take it to the mechanic) with it's engine when it get's in.

Dynamat is some good stuff! Ive got ove 100sqft of it in mine. Id love to do to some comps but theres none around here. Car looks good!

cool ,is good to find people that are in stereo systems ,what's in your system.you should be able to find some comps in your area.i can't wait to get my car going and get back in some comps.your car looks nice i like the wheels what size are they .i;m planing on some 18's for my car.

What style 18's are you planning? 18's will look good on there! The comps Ive found around here are about 2+ hours away, and I dont always feel like driving that much. For whats in my system, check out my cardomain ( www.cardomain.com/ride/803598 )

i the way your wheel look the cutlass ,what size are they and tire size,cause i really don't know yeat.man ,you have a nice system with the box tune so low i'am sure it hit nice and hard up front,how you like dynamatic the front doors,i found'em trickier yhan most cars i'am glad it was mine and took my time cutting the dynamat in smaller pieces.keep in touch man,hopefully i'll finish my soon and i;ll post more pic's as i go along.

My rim size is 16x7 and tire size is 215/60/16. It does hit pretty hard and it gets really loud! The front doors were the hardest part of this whole thing. Just cutting the holes for the comp set took me a weekend. When I put the Dynamat down, I had to cut it up into real small pieces to get it where I needed it. But there wasnt much room for a 6.5" speaker to begin with! Cant wait to see some pics of your system!

yeap! i'am glad ,to know that you also went throgh the same i did cause i was getting frautreded with the doors it took me a weekend also to do my doors.but,i know you were happy with end result ,good sounding midbass.
i hope i'll get it going ,i'll show pic's,but i can list the system to give you an idea.
headunit sony c-90 optical output
zapco da-II digital to analog coverter (badass sound)
zapco vfm volume cotroler and line driver/filter
4-zapco iq-30's 30band eq's each 2 equalize to rta there on the back,2 equalize
to my taste there in front close to me.
2 zapco comp z-300 amps they run 2image dynamics 6.5 midbasses and 2 image
dynamics cd-2 comp horns
1 zapco comp z-600 amp it runs 2 10" image dynamics woofers.i'am planing on
adding a 10" up front on the or 8" if i can get one.
