    Check the pics!

Man, I was really concerned about space. However, I made the headers so tight to the block that I started to have problems with getting other things to fit, including the oil filter and Crank Angle Sensor (the parts dept. thought I was crazy to say that instead of a Crank Position Sensor). I think this is the last time the motor is going in! Woo Whoo!

I have a set of chrome valve covers. Scott (my engineer pal) says they're too bling-bling, but on the other hand spinners mesmorize me. Black or Chrome?
you took a bandsaw to your l32 intake just like i did, are you gonna put a tpi/lt1 tb on it?

Quick update for everyone. Check it out at http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/487571/10
I can't tell you what a nightmare some parts of this project turned out to be. The DIS stuff is a joke. I spent all weekend playing with a multimeter and the coil pack mounting plate. After pulling up the sealed circuit board underneath the coils, I said "F it" and wired the coils directly to the Haltech.

There is a guy that works in the Millwright dept. here at NAIT who has a Miata. He'sa crazy bastard, he swapped in a blown ford 302 into that thing. The thing is completely street, it's actually his daily driver, but with the Fire Bird hood it looks like a Monstrosity.

If you are going that crazy, you might as well do it with style. Mazda car, Ford motor, and Pontiac hood. Wierd.

Man, I don't know how I missed this post. Yes, its running. I haven't had a lot of time to work on it, especially now that I bought a second house 50 minutes away. I need to tune the fuel and ignition maps on the haltech and figure out how to adjust the idle on the LT1 throttle body. Its idling @ 2000rpm now. It sounds awesome!!!!!
