What size RIMs for a 95 Cutty Drop ?

What size rims are people putting on their 95 Olds Cutty's ? I have a drop top, and dont want to do any other mods to the suspension etc...to fit big rims.

Also what is the cars offset for RIMS ? I have seen people asking for this, I think its the space between the studs which the wheels sit on.
