  • New brake setup

It consists of 92 components, calipers(lifetime remans from Autozone) and Knuckles.

Next we have Power Slot slotted rotors(ebay)

    Hawk pads(ebay)

    Goodrich stainless lines(tire rack)

And some high temp gray paint to match the wheels.

Its not broken in yet so I will let you know what I think once everything is seated and working 100%

Did you "break-in" your new brake setup yet?

Wondering if you noticed an improvement in your 60-0 braking?

I am very happy with the setup. The pedal is VERY firm and it stops with authority. I havent done any real hard stops, specially from any real speed. But if I brake to a light or stop sign the car winds up stopping shorter then I am sure to and I have to put it back in first hehe.

Man.. that's one thing i dislike about these cars, the wimpy brakes. That looks like the rear wheel, ya know. I just wish i could grab the 4pots off my RX-7 and slap em on the Z34 before i sell it... but in the meantime, i won't be having any 'open' wheels for people to look at the teeny-weeny brakes.

If you think thats bad, thats after the 92+ upgrade. Stock was over an inch smaller.

I think the RSM 12" upgrade will do the trick nicely

Have you looked into swapping Bonneville knuckles and calipers/rotors. Its a popular brake swap on the jbody and will work on the beretta also. I think the bonneville rotor is 11.25"
