My ( new ) car

Hey everybody
I am kinda new here in the forum, so i would like to introduce myseld a lil . I bought my new car on december 14 . This is a Chevrolet Lumina Euro Sport 3.4 DOHC . I use to own a 1991 Pontiac Sunbird 3.1 5 psd , but i crashed it in november . So there is my replacement car . The guy who owned it before me was the original buyer , in june 1992 . He owns a AC delco Part shop and always maintened the car the perfect way , and with orginal AC delco parts . Minus some tear on the carpet in and there and some faded paint ( 315000 km ) the car is mint . The engine run like new , suprising for a 3.4 DOHC , reputed by here to be not very reliable .

Damn!! engine bay durty as hell...Nice car tho..Looking to see some summer pic's of it when its all cleaned up.

For the record, i find the DOHC to be a very reliable engine, its everything else that breaks. That tip(s) looks aftermarket, does it have dual exhaust?

Keep that thing a sleeper man, i can't think of a bigger burn to a civic/integra then getting beat by a luumina.

Why can't sellers take the time to clean up their engines? like seriously, i bought mine looking nearly as bad as yours (mainly dirt and dust), but still, your spending hte money to list it in the paper, take 5 minutes and spray it with degreaser :P.

lol like i mentioned , engine bay is cleaned up by now . i can't stand dirt and grease too . There is a little paint job to do on the valve cover but nothing too hard .

I am located in Jonquiere 200 km from Quebec City in Quebec . and there is about 4 feet of snow here and i hate it . i bought the car in the middle of december and i dont tried the 16 inch wheels with 215 tires yet ...


Yes its dual exaust , dunno if the tips are aftermarket , but they look very ugly . i got a chromed tip ( not to big ) from my sunbird , i will buy another and make them fit instead of those to cow bells ....
