Im a new member to this board. Im part of a few other forums but wanted to be a part of this one also to read up on some info and give some info to others.

My car is a 1991 Camaro Rs. Its mods are:
Gt3582 godspeed turbo
Alky injected/aem parts
Moser 28 spline axles
Alburn lsd
Richmond 3.73 gears
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Southbay 48lbs injectors
Fully ported, polished, deshrouded heads.
Stock guts on the 3.1L engine
Probuilt trans reprogrammer kit, vette servo, larger boost int. valves on trans.
3k stall converter.
KYB adjustable rear shocks.
Boxed LCA
3 bar map
SLC DIY wideband
Custom log style headers and piping.
All tuning via tunerpro RT and $59 mask.

Best run so far this year is a 13.03@105mph

Opps I forgot to add a delta cam to the list of mods... but its a baby one anyways.

Yes I want to do a 3500 swap in the near future. These iron heads I have just are about at the limits for what I can do with them. And since I want to go alluminum, why not go 3500. Im trying to read up my best and keep my eye out for a engine in good shape.

Just a quick question... but is 9.8:1 compression a tad strong for a turboed car considering a lx9? Detination wise???

I run alky on my set up and I know my compression is much much lower. Considering the massive valve deshrouding I did along with the polished chambers... 8.1-8.4:1 I would guess as stock is a tick higher.

9.8 is great. 8.x is horrible unless you just like high boost with mediocre results.

Mars went low 11's on stock 3500 compression, I don't see why faster couldn't happen...

LOL, my 3500 is 10.x compression with a turbo....
