Hello, my name is Justin. I'm 20 years old and am married, with a baby girl. I'm a full time college student. Getting my Bachelors in Computer Science with an emphasis in ISS. Computers is one of my two biggest passions. The other being cars, anything with wheels. I've had my 99 Malibu LS for a little over a year now and it's been a fantastic car. it now has 202k miles, and I would like to rebuild the engine. However I have ever done it before and am researching it, so any tips would be great. It has the VIN J 3100 so it's pretty rare in a 99. I'm just trying to restore it with some modifications, so it will be a long road. I read that the LS came standard with keyless entry, trunk, and panic buttons, is this true? I'm also a member on chevymalibuforum.com under the same name. I'm looking forward to being on this forum, and finding tips and tricks for my ride.

welcome, dont use felpro head gaskets, use GM, and only use steel felpro LIMG's for your rebuild.
