Well, got up the money to do a tune up on my 3.1 a couple weekends ago, and wow, my car has not run this well since I bought it! The engine I have in my Grand Prix has about 75,000+ miles on it, and the spark plugs I removed were ashed over as well as showing signs of the detonation I was having. I replaced the plugs with platinum NGK plugs, Bosch plug wires, fuel filter, PCV Valve,and cleaned and oiled my K&N air filter. I changed my oil (5w30 Castrol Syntec), and all I really need to do is replace my blown engine mount, bad right front wheel bearing, replace both O2 sensors and do the U-bend delete on the exhaust, then I can go from there on tuning and tweaking my engine. I also need to clean out my cooling system, someone had put stop leak in it, and its nasty in there.
