Build it right and you may not need forged internals.

I spray a 100 and I have yet to frag a piston or a rod. And I have never seen any accelerated wear in either of those departments from it.

John, is the voice in your head.........LMFAO!!!.......can't you see, John's a squirrel lookin' for his nuts!!; haha....j/k. Angel, me aka (blowns10) is the part of your brainthat says screw it! haha.

Depends what you want to do in order to know if you will really need forged internal parts. How much HP, vehicle weight, street or drag only, etc. Late.
                I need a bigger engine!

Forged is nice, but a properly set up hypereutectic piston with coated skirts will work just fine. The key is setting up the ring end gaps properly. They have to be just a tad wider for the 'tectic pistons because there is more heat retained at the upper ring land area. Hypereutectic pistons don't expand as much and can therefore be set up tighter in the cylinder which reduces blowby and they are also less noisy when cold and not prone to warm up delays.

my idea was to buy a direct kit with those nos noszle things, it seems simple and goes in the injector holes. Whats your opinions on those things? If they are junk and not worth the time, i have no problem with getting my intake tapped and direct injectors plumbed in.

NOS doesn't make those nozzles, they are made by a 3rd party company. I would love to get a set of them but they are so expensive. Also if you keep the shot at a 100 even with the DP the engine should still survive, I just think you'll have a more efficient delivery into the system.

60 bux each for a Nozzle from NitrousDirect

Direct Port Nitrous Kits and Systems and components are the quickest and easiest way to get large horsepower increases with a minimum of engine modifications and expense. Nitrous Kits offer serious horsepower at the flip of a switch.
