just got done with my build. official mod list includes DS stage 3 CAI, TCE 65 mm tb, WOT comp ported LIM and UIM, OEM 3500 heads with comp cams springs and locks and retainers, WOT 1393 grind cam with matching pushrods, S&S headers with flex, full 2.5 in cat back to a flowmaster 80, and an MPR tune that will soon be reflashed. heres the vid of the car with open headers.

what are the specs on the cam.
i saw your idling at 600. we tried that with my cam first start mainly because i forgot to change the idle but it would even run.sigpic

You need to add more AE to your tune... you need way more fuel to support that .533 lift... remember a stock cam is only .435 lift and only 196 duration IIRC.
