    hey, thought id introduce myself.

    bought the car for $1250 (asking price was an outrageous $2k). im a firm believer that you get what you pay for, but i needed a car quick for under $1500.

    well, just from what i see, it look sliek a decent buy for 1250. how's the motor run?

      3.4 DOHC according to the badge. 2000 if it runs and doesn't have problems isn't outrageous but who knows.

          and found out yesterday that it has quite an oil leak. im now looking for people in oklahoma to help me out (in return for pizza, beer, and good company):



          i cant wait until i get the mechanical problems worked out so i can fix some of the cosmetic problems with it

            Probably the infamous ditributor plug leak, Check the top of the engine out with a mirror and flashlight. Then do a search for 'distributor plug leak' there's a good write up fierobsessed did. Tells the best way to fix this problem without ripping the heads off.. Make sure you buy an oil safe o-ring, don't overtighten! Clean the hell out of the area before putting on the RTV; use brake cleaner.
