yes, battery is in the trunk....and the heat shield is there...right under the intake pipe...it is aluminum...and works quite well.

I'm getting new tint this summer but debating on what % to do on the front. For some reason i was thinking yours was 50% until i saw this thread again. I wanna do 20% all around but ya backin up at night is probably a bitch! One of my friends has 5%, i think some people on here do as well, what's the point of having a rearview mirror at that point LOL
