Does anyone know any stores or anyone who makes a turbo kit for a monte carlo z34?

no kit exists.
there are a handful of turbo Z's out there with the 3.4L DOHC most use the stock exhaust manifolds and make a new Xover pipe... and fabricate the rest. your best bet is to just search around and look up the people who have done it... and then find a local shop that can fabricate the turbo for you. either way you area going to need tuning to get it all working right and a good shop is a must for that -
Ditto. No kits, but there is a lot of info and pictures online. If any local places do Honda turbo setups, the DOHC shouldn't be much of a jump.
