    It's official, she now runs.......

    5 minute version of 3 year restoration:

    2003 Fender-bender puts my car out of commision for a while.
    Fixed $2500
    2004 I can't get to the O2 sensor so I pull the engine.
    I decide to take apart my first engine, I am a vineyard manager btw.
    Machine shop fucks up my oiling system from misplaced bearing $1800
    2005 Assemble the first time and crack theTrans case $1800
    2006 New kick ass machine shop does a long block for me $2000

    May 13th 2:35 am. Fix last bug and she fires up.

    MODS / NEW PARTS:
    New 4T60E
    105 amp Alt
    48 gram Lifters.
    Magnacor wires 8mm.
    New gaskets and sensors.
    96/97 style injectors
    UD Pully
    FFP motor mount
    SS timing belt cover
    Fender-well intake.
    Hi flow Cat.
    New Motor mounts
    New struts KYB...
    New Eibach springs
    Rear disk conversion, Slotted / Drilled + E-brake
    New tie rod bearings, suspension parts.
    New fuel pump.
    3 Pod Pillar, Oil Pressure, Trans Temp, AF ratio.
    Battery in the trunk with 0 gauge wire.
    Chilton Haynes and GM manuals.
    75 cases of beer, 32 bottles of wine and your occasional bottle of tequila.
    95 MC Z34 Black
    Running strong with new engine, transmission, brakes and suspension.

    Sounds cool. Get some pics up...and what does it take to do a rear disc conversion? I've got a 1999 Lumina with rear drums that I'd like to change over to discs.

      I would pull the knuckles from a JY, mine came from a 96 CS I think.
      Purchace new calipers and disks, I got drilled/slotted all the way around.
      Puchace new P-brake cable from dealer, rockauto.com will send the wrong one.
