Any chance you can post the details on the adapter? I would love to make one for my engine. I have a 3.8 Supercharger here!

That, is a beautiful piece of machine work. I have to ask though... What is the rest of the manifold going to look like? Every design I came up with is a big "V" shape. I highly reccomend you look at my design. Obviously you have the capability of building it before I finish mine.
It is also posted in "Flow and superchargers" Thread.

        It's in Auto Cad 2004

The most important part of my design is that all parts are welded to the lower intake manifold. The fuel rail is made up of 6 pieces of curved aluminum, all custom machined and it is (will be) removable, it will leave 1.3" holes for the injectors to be removed through. The injectors will be removable from inside the manifold. The fuel rails will also direct the airflow, that's why they are curved. My biggest concern is stress, and then leakage. The blower's belt pulls down on the snout of the charger with a buttload of force, I knew I didn't want the lower intake bolted on since it would definatly rip those M8 bolts clean out of the LIM. I will be running an M112, so at 2:1 belt drive, I should be pushing around 17 PSI of boost, providing of course I can manage the engine properly.

(on a side note, holy crap did that picture come out terrible!!!) Well, thats what I get for hosting a pic with AOL.

i didnt read the whole thing, is there a reason he didnt make it for the actual blower to bolt onto? looks like he still needs some hood mods to get it to fit in there. he'd still probbly need a speed bump in the hood at any rate but still i wondoer why he's going for a 3 peice manifold.

any ways thats a real work of art

I don't understand... it doesn't look like there's any transition between the intake and the supercharger.
Okay now, that's enough of that.

So where's the rest of it? :P

If it gets any taller it's gonna have to mount to the roof.

That’s just aluminum brick sitting under the blower the real piece should be done in about 2 weeks. I use that to show the height. I am still trying to work out a cowl but it’s not looking good. We shall see.
I have no price I can give out at this time.
                      dohcfiend yes I did.

Fierobsessed I checked out the model in 3ds. Its an interesting concept. If I was really going for short I would make a box to hold the ports and have the injectors on the bottom. If I have some spare time I will make a model in 3ds to show what I mean. I think the power steering pump would be the only issue.
