  • HEADERS Someone makes them.

I found prefabbed headers for the 96-97 3.4 TDC/DOHC motor. Everyone must check this out. http://milzymotorsports.com/
It's about time someone made us a header. Kind of expensive but so is a welding machine to do it myself. I hope it fits my Fiero

Why did this site not appear in the list of mod on this site undr the Motor part of the menu?

The mods section hasnt been updated since 01 or so. That and milzy still hasn't finished his final version of the headers last I knew. They were 2" primary but he has since changed that.

This site is setup so members can post updates to our sections. I don't have time like I used to back in 01 to be working on the site unfortunately.

They seem to be significantly improved over his first design. IMO, they're some of the best looking headers out there for any GM V6. IIRC, the new primary size is 1.75", though it could be 1 5/8".

If they are past prototype testing and have the official diameter/lengths, that will be helpful. What about the collector? I haven't checked his site for pics of the new headers. If someone wants to get that info (or if milzy wants to join this site and submit it) and pics if possible, ill make sure it gets on the site. Id love to see this site get updated. There is a lot of information that needs to be on here.

Here is a pic of the new ones. And a proper link to the site. I really need to get over there. Hell, I'm not doing anything....maybe this week.

Wow they look really nice. Does he make them for the earlier D shaped exhaust port heads as well?

I wish they would make them sometime soon. My car needs all the help it can get.

Has anyone bought these and tried installing them yet? I'm curious how good the fitment is.

How did the installation go for the headers? Any clearance issues? And how did you go about attaching the downpipe? Did you use the factory pipe?

Do you have the revised headers now or the original prototype iwht 2" primaries?
