I'm a first year auto tech at MSCTC Detroit Lakes. Well, as it would turn out, for our engine building section in class, our instructor is going away from the 350 V8s that he has been using and we are going to eventually be tearing into 10 new crate LQ1's (3.4's) I'm as excited as hell, and i was hoping to exploit the use of the cam timing tool i once saw in the site store. My teacher is interested in getting some for class. But when I looked at the store again, we could not find it. Am i not looking hard enough, or is it not around anymore. All i see for the 3.4's is the chip, lifters, and crank scraper. If there are timing tools, my school wants one/ some.

There are only 2 left in existance to be sold. I will have to have more made up but would have to come up with the money to get them made. If you want 1 or 2, then I have them but more than that and I will have to see how long it would take to have more made and at what cost. Obviously the more I have made at once, the cheaper they are. Id like to be able to keep them priced at $80 shipped like they have been (or less if there is that much demand to have that many made).Ben

alright. well, still not sure how many the school wants. They might just want the one or two of them. I can find out though for sure eventually. My instructor is wondering if I can get a/ some pics of them to see what they look like again. I have seen them myself when they were on here, and i think they look great. But, like i said, the prof wants to see what they're all about. Thanks again.
