My 97 3.4 DOHC has wornout exhaust valve guides and one guide has actually slide down about 1/8. Cause valve guide seal to float freely. I have a spare set of heads to build. Wanting some info on porting the heads. As far as reshaping them. Kevwood any info?

so far the results look pretty encouraging.3.4 DOHC- 95 engine, custom intake manifold, custom cams, ported exhaust manifolds, Turbonetics T-62, Haltech standalone, 13.5 psi, air/h20 intercooler... yadda yadda...

don't know about you but my machinist wants a spare set to cut up be4 he even touches the heads for porting. probably most reputable machinist will insist upon the same.The Official Rotating Mass NaziComment
