    My 97 3.4 DOHC has wornout exhaust valve guides and one guide has actually slide down about 1/8. Cause valve guide seal to float freely. I have a spare set of heads to build. Wanting some info on porting the heads. As far as reshaping them. Kevwood any info?

    well im pretty much as lost as you are except im flying by the seat of my pants. Right now im in progress of porting some earlier heads, you can check it out here: http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum2/HTML/068893.html

    so far the results look pretty encouraging.
    3.4 DOHC- 95 engine, custom intake manifold, custom cams, ported exhaust manifolds, Turbonetics T-62, Haltech standalone, 13.5 psi, air/h20 intercooler... yadda yadda...
    1987 Fiero, ST lowering springs, KYB's, Clutchnet dual diaphragm 6-puck, custom paint, 18's with falken fk452 225 front Nitto NT05 245 rear. Should be around 450whp...

        thanks man, I had forgot all about that page, good luck finding out what you would like to know, im trying to find it too, i'll let you know what i come up with LOL.

          don't know about you but my machinist wants a spare set to cut up be4 he even touches the heads for porting. probably most reputable machinist will insist upon the same.
