If your trying to flush the rail put a brake vac pump on the fuel reg and jump the pump with a piece of wire at the relay. Just dont run it! Sum Lucas fuel treatment may help. Or take the rail out and blast the inside with brake cleaner good.

took rail apart an flushed it an cleaned injectors with brake cleaner then built injector cleaner to run cleaner thur motor while running at fuel rail that fixed it thanks dave used gm topend cleaner to run in rail don't know whats in it but it makes brass look new an it must have helped desolve the rust in the injectors bad stuff.
