I was doing a little drywall sanding with a foam sanding block, when the idea hit me. You've all seen the small sanding blocks like this: http://www.boatracingr11.com/Sorense...nk%20block.jpg If we had one that was the same shape only slightly larger then intake runner. Only 12-16 inches long. We could sand our intake runners completely. Since the block will flex around curve in runner. Contacting a few abrasive suppliers and manufacturers today. Will see what happens

Interesting idea, kind of a poor man's extrude-hone. I'm at a point where I'm trying to figure out how to do this right now, so I'm interested in what you find out. It does seem it would be a lot of hand sanding, tho.
