At least I think so, if I'm wrong let me know. But this Friday at Norwalk, I finally got my Grand Prix in the 14s with a 14.97 pass. And that was with full interior, street tires, and an average 60'. I'll have a pic of the time slip and vid of the run posted tonight hopefully.

What is wrong with the staging? It looks completely normal to me.
About the bike thing, all tracks do that on T&T nights. I have a slip of me running a bike a few years ago, and the same night I ran an alcohol injected drag car (Which ran high 6s btw next to my high 14s).

3 of them deep staged and had to back up. We call the open nights Street Night (Wednesday & Friday) and they let any one race but bikes, snowmobiles ex have a staging lane to themselves. Cars they dont care what class you race.

And what the hell is wrong with deep staging?!? Sorry we can't all be experts at drag racing like you and get the stage perfect the first time.
For the record: The guy with the Lumina had NEVER drag raced before.
It was only my second time with a 5 speed, and first time with a new Centerforce clutch that grabs a lot harder. Like anything, it takes time and practice to get good at something, and I don't get to the strip as often as I'd like. I'm not a drag racer by trade, I'm an autocrosser. Does that mean if I ever see a video of you autocrossing I should nitpick and criticize your ability and then pubicly announce it on a forum?
One more thing Dave, just out of curiosity, what's your best quarter mile? You've surely beaten me, seeing as how you're an expert and all. As far as bikes racign cars at the track, they just started doing that, first weekend ever, so even with as often as you go to the strip, you wouldn't have known.I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

Besides, unless you go to a magical drag strip where you don't have to sign a liability waiver before you even get on the track, why should the drag strip fear anything? As far as they're concerned, if the situation you describe did in fact happen, they wouldn't care because they're not liable. Well, at least you thought through what you said before you said it and used the correct words to form your sentences.

Or the tracks just whant to run them together. I did ask a biker at the track one night and thats what he told me may of been bs.
