  • exhuast question

Ok guys I been thinking of doing some work to the exhuast. I been thinking of getting rid of the converter but I know if I do this the the light will come on. but ive been told that O2 senser simulator will cure this. Does anyone use these or should I just get a high flow cat.

My 95 MC DOHC was actually built in late 94 thus it only required one O2 sensor BEFORE the Cat. So if you only have one O2, you should be fine to remove the Cat, I just got a high flow cat.

          Removing the cat

Other than the fact it is highly illegal, and if you are ever in one of those bad states that check those sort of things..
That being said.. you would probably be better off just taking it out.. take a straight piece of pipe and bust through the guts.. now you look like you have a cat but you have practically no restriction, and things fit better

We all should do our own part in saving the ozone. A high flow cat it the best way to go.
