  • Sealed Power rebuild kit for the DOHC?

Does anyone know where I can find a good source for a Sealed Power (Federal-Mogul) rebuild kit for the lq1? Well first off I'm trying to find out if they even offer a kit for this engine. I'm going to do rebuild on the '92 Z34 motor I have for a 5-speed donor.

Tenneco is one of the world's leading designers, manufacturers and marketers of products for original equipment and aftermarket customers.

go down about halfway down page and look for "vehicle application catalog"

They have some parts for the LQ1 and a plethra of parts for the OHV motors.

Yes I've been there, but they don't have any engine kits listed. Does anyone know if they offer a re-ring kit for the 3.4? I want to replace the main and rod bearings, thrust washer/bearing, and rings (and obviously all associated gaskets). I have also been contemplating whether or not I'll replace the oil pump, timing chain and tensioner.

They dont offer an engine kit. Just some pieces of a kit. Have to piece it together as much as you can.
