take off

guys i need a little help.
What is the best way to get a good take off with 95 3.4 auto transmission.

1995 3.4 DOHC Grand Prix gtp
cold air intake, high flow cat, dynomax mufflers.

Trans brake and a HEAVY foot.

92 GP GTP 3.4DOHC 5spd
88 Fiero Formula CONVERTIBLE 3.4DOHC 5spd
84 Fiero T-Top 3.4DOHC 5spd
There seems to be a pattern there.
