  • A new sig and more mods....

Well, I promised a pic of my GP and new Lumina together, and I'm going to deliver on half of that. For now. They were never together when I had my camera, but I did get some nice shots of the GP, this one being my new sig. I'm still playing with this whole sig thing but I think it turned out OK.

As far as mods, step one will be removing the motor. Turns out the clutch really IS slipping, and how! My flywheel probably has more glaze on it than a Krispy Kreme donut. Long as I have it out, I'll be putting in Ben's new lifters so my valvetrain will finally shut up, and I may get the '96 intake on it too. The OBDII conversion may take longer as I'm having trouble getting some parts. But the hope is to have the new suspension functional for Drivers School on April 9 so I can get my racing certification.

When I get my Lumina cleaned up I'll get some shots of that too, and hopefully some of the two together.
I may own a GTO now, but I'm still a 60V6er at heart.

Looks good. Didn't know your GP was a 4 door though.

Yeah, and it does make it kind of a rarity. I don't think there were too many 3.4 5-speed equipped 4 doors out there, maybe a handful of STEs, even though this was not a factory equipped 5-speed car, but it did have a factory 3.4.
