All,

I have a 95 olds drop top, 3.4L triple white in chicago IL.

I am looking to do the following :

Replace the Convert top. Has anyone done this them selves ? If so can you explain /advise . If you took it to a shop what was the approx price ?

I want to replace the dual muffler. I have read some thread and people say a flowmaster or maganaflow with a glass pack and a resonator is good. I DONT like the cherry bomb sounds, nothing like 2 fast 2 furious. I just want a nice sound...like a small deep roar. Please suggest prices and brand and what would be good.

Then I want to paint my calipers red. What paint are people using ? Primers ?

Here is a site that sells tops. http://www.convertibletopguys.com/cg...at.cgi?cat=501 Don't get a top from J.C. Whitney. Quality sucks and they don't fit well. I use Borla exhaust, not cheap, but the sound is awesome. As far as the calipers, you can get caliper paint at Autozone or the likes, just make sure you remove all the rust and primer is not needed.
