I just got word from the speed shop that my souped-up 3.4 will be done by the end of this week. They have the new pistons, rods, and balanced crank in there, and they're bolting on the heads and ported lower intake for me. Then I just have to put the rest together. Unforunately, there's little to no chance it'll be done this year, due to my now living in Milwaukee for the duration of school, and I have no really good place or good people to help me rebuild and install it. I really would love to run it once or twice before the snow falls here, but it doesn't look likely. Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there.
OH, BTW, for those of you that don't know me, I'm Josh from WI. I have a 92 Grand Prix 4-door 3.4 that I converted to a 5-speed, and a 92 Z34 with a 5-speed stock. The Grand Prix is getting the souped-up motor. My Z34 has a chip by Ben and the cam timing. My fastest E.T in it is 15.51, and other that a CAIand missing cat, it's bone stock.
