Coolant Passage Porting

Is there any way I can port out the passages in the block, heads, and lower intake to help flow more coolant? It should be good for about 15hp at the wheels...

Well, I have ported (as aaron would call it cause welding up an oil pan for more capacity is porting) the cam carrier oil drain back holes to remove the casting flash in them. Its good to get the oil back to the pan as quickly as you can Have you noticed how small the holes are or the coolant to flow through in the headgaskets? I was going to match them to the actual passages but was told not to as they were designed that way for the coolant to not flow as well, which would cause hotspots and overheating.

I just said that cuz I had no other words to use. I know the difference of course. I wasn't really considering it porting, more reengineering.
