It wont break, and it wont give so I guess thats much better than what you have now. Over stock, its a lot more solid and again, longevity is the major selling point on them.
Mine was awesome. Better throttle response, firmer tranny shifts and all the billet alumium BLING BLING. However you do get more engine noise and vibration transfered throught the frame. Even so it's definatiley one of the best 100 Bones you can spend on an LQ1.
On my bone stock motor, I put one in and gained 35hp at the wheels and shaved 2 seconds off my quarter mile.
I want your motor mount!
Seriously though it is a good mod, I don't know how much better the shifts are (I have a 5-speed) but I know that mashing the gas in any gear calls-up much better throttle response.
Go for it!

hmm take 2 seconds off the quarter mile time eh? Damn, i better be careful... my car will be pullin 3.5 seconds now
Well i bought it, so it should be here in about 2 months or so, depending on how many weeks it gets stuck at the border because deep down inside it could be a bomb. Basically it cost me 72 american plus 7 bucks shipping... then probably 20 dollars duty, 15 dollars border fee... (free trade agreement my ass). When it gets here ill post my review of it, cause i couldn't find one searching the forums.
Actually, now that i've purchased it... will the polyurethane crack or break or be too brittle in the -40*celcius weather it'll be in? ahh well, ill just buy another one for summer :P.
