I should be getting the reground set back sometime soon, so once I get those specs ill throw them up.
Anyway, we were starting to get into the 96 cam specs in the head porting thread so I figure we can discuss this so others know its here
91-95
Int: 221 Degree Duration @ .050", Lift = .370", 112 centerline
Exh: 228 Degree Duration @ .050", Lift = .370", 111 centerline
96-97 (duration should be the same but I am not 100%)
Int: ? Degree Duration @ .050", Lift = .370", 108 centerline
Exh: ? Degree Duration @ .050", Lift = .370", 115 centerline
I updated the site with this info. It looks like the 96 cam timing changed 4 degrees, as did the exhaust, in opposite directions. I am going to scan some pics to make more sense of this in a bit. For now, it looks like from desktop dyno that the stock 96 timing is worse than the 91-95 timing till 5500. Then its worth 5 hp peak....hmm.
